What is Tixel?
Tixel is a non-laser, non-needle fractional skin-resurfacing treatment. It uses a medical-grade titanium tip containing tiny pyramid-shaped projections that briefly make contact with the skin.
The controlled heat creates a pattern of microscopic treatment channels in the skin. These channels initiate the body’s natural healing response, encourage cellular renewal, and stimulate new collagen and elastin production.
Because the treatment is fractional, small areas of surrounding skin remain untreated. This supports faster healing while still delivering visible skin-renewal benefits.

- Open wounds, rashes, significant irritation, or inflamed skin
- Active acne lesions in the intended treatment area
- A history of delayed or impaired wound healing
- A tendency to develop keloids or abnormal scarring
- An uncontrolled medical condition
- A compromised immune system
- A suspicious or undiagnosed skin lesion
- Recently tanned or sunburned skin
- Recently undergone another resurfacing or aesthetic procedure
- Recently used isotretinoin or another medication that may affect healing
- A bleeding disorder or use medications that increase bleeding risk
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Unrealistic expectations about the treatment or recovery process
Certain medical conditions, medications, supplements, skincare products, and previous treatments may affect your eligibility or require changes to your treatment plan.
